65/365

Today is my 65th day since starting my “365 days of weight loss effort”. I feel great. I’ve lost 14 pounds (likely more but weigh in day is Friday and that’s the only day I actually count whatever the scale says as fact), so I can’t see a reason to quit.

Last week I might not have felt like working out but this week I really do. I’ve had 2 great gym days so far. Changing what I do every day makes for a lot easier workouts and has been keeping me motivated not to stop.

I’m happy. I’m going to keep it up. I’ve won 65 days, as Dave would tell me. I can win another 300, I bet.
